Overview
These rentals are recommended for those in good physical shape.
First, get your local trail guide's advice on what alpine lakes to float on with packrafts. You'll receive a topo map of the Bitterroot Mountains with over 10 annotated routes to choose from for your adventure.
On the day your rental, you'll meet the trail guide at a local place (WinCo) in Missoula or Hamilton, who will set you up with your full day kit, including everything you'll need to float on a peaceful alpine lake in the Bitterroot or Lolo National Forest.
Recreate responsibly and safely with bear spray and first aid, both provided in this day kit. As a bonus, read our recommendations on other sightseeing destinations in the valley!
At the end of your trip, return the entire kit back at the WinCo parking lot!

Travelers meet at the meeting point.
Meeting point
Look for a blue Toyota 4runner on the west side of the lot! Here, we will meet for pick up and drop off. Gear Pickup between 6:30 and 8:00 am. Drop off between 6:00 and 9:00 pm.
